Kendrick Louis was born on the Northern Beaches of NSW, hated the water after a near drowning incident as a kid, but learn to love the ocean in his early teens. Forever competitive, he was a successful nipper and cadet before moving into the senior ranks and ultimately winning the winning the Australian Ironman Crown in 2018 and the KNG Professional Ironman Series in the 19/20 summer. We speak about being your best, training with the elite, working as a chippy, the Aussie Titles, moving to the Sunshine Coast, sponsors, having a competitive age group, support structures and a heap more!
