Over the last five years 100s of individuals have been using my BOOTH Training programs to suceed in paddle sports. I have coached athletes from all over the world to World Championship podiums, winning their local events and smashing their personal bests. I help people on and off the water to become the best they can be and now it your turn.
In all my training plans I use my 15 years of training and racing experience to help you achieve your own paddling goals. I’ve been at the elite level in SUP, Ocean Ski and many other paddlesports. I’ve coached myself to become Australian, European and World SUP Champion and represented my country in 4 sports.

Chasing the Carolina Cup
Michael Booth will compete this weekend in the eighth annual Carolina Cup SUP race, held at Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
Booth will enter the hotly contested distance race more determined than ever, aspiring to start and finish the Carolina Cup in his best form yet, with nothing left in the tank at the finish line.
“I am feeling focussed heading into the weekend and I am hoping for a strong finish on Saturday.”
The Carolina Cup is a week-long event beginning on Thursday the 19th April and will feature a total of five races. On Saturday, there is a 3.5-mile Harbour Island Recreational race, 6.5-mile Money Island Open Race and the 13-mile Graveyard Elite Race – which Booth will compete in.
The international season is about to start
Michael Booth will enter Tahiti’s premier SUP race – the Air France Paddle Festival more confident than ever this weekend off the back of a comfortable win on the Gold Coast last month in the Twelve Towers Ocean Paddle.
Booth has firmly cemented his reputation as one of the strongest and most outstanding paddlers in SUP racing over the past couple of years and is feeling focussed heading into the season, determined to make this year his best to date.
Setting The Pace Early On
Michael Booth took out the win last weekend in the 12 Towers Ocean Race, located on the Gold Coast, Australia.
The competition took place across a 15km stretch of open ocean from Southport Spit to North Burleigh Surf Club, seeing some of the best paddlers from all over the world battle it out.
Booth finished the race in front by nearly two minutes, making it a great start to his 2018 racing season.
