BOOTH TRAINING
Over the last five years 100s of individuals have been using my BOOTH Training programs to suceed in paddle sports. I have coached athletes from all over the world to World Championship podiums, winning their local events and smashing their personal bests. I help people on and off the water to become the best they can be and now it your turn.
In all my training plans I use my 15 years of training and racing experience to help you achieve your own paddling goals. I’ve been at the elite level in SUP, Ocean Ski and many other paddlesports. I’ve coached myself to become Australian, European and World SUP Champion and represented my country in 4 sports.

Australia’s Best Paddlers Compete On The Gold Coast For 2017 Australian SUP Titles
The Australian SUP Titles will be held on Currumbin Beach, Queensland, from the 15th-18th November, with over 200 of the nations best paddlers competing for the prestigious title.
Redbull Heavy Water 2017: The most intense SUP event in the world
The Red Bull Heavy Water Event was held on Friday 20th October, living up to it’s name with10-15ft swell taking on the worlds best male SUP paddlers over a 12km open ocean course, from Ocean Beach to the Golden Gate Bridge. The conditions were brutal this year, with competitors saying it was the most challenging course to date. The huge swell, cold water, poor visibility and low hanging fog definitely set the mood of the event.
BACK-TO-BACK WINS FOR BOOTH
Finishing the year off in his best form is the only plan Michael Booth has, as he enters the final few races of the SUP season.
Taking home with him back-to-back wins in both the 18km Distance Race as well as the Sprint Race, at the Japan Cup, Michael feels he is finishing the 2017 season in his best form.
